Because prefabricated houses are generally produced with external liquid insulation already applied. However, areas like bathrooms also need to be insulated from the inside. Floor insulation: First, imagine that the structure is built on a flat concrete surface; the concrete floor and the bathroom need to be insulated. In some factories, the floor already has a certain thickness, so insulation material is not used. Instead, materials like crown molding are applied. On top of these, ceramic or PVC coverings are made. Thanks to these coverings, the bathroom becomes water-insulated and easy to clean.
